Viburnum tinus P21, on a stem

Viburnum tinus is a reliable evergreen that provides year-round structure with glossy green foliage and clusters of small white flowers from winter into spring, often followed by metallic blue-black berries. Best grown in moderately fertile, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade, it benefits from shelter from cold, drying winds and responds well to light pruning after flowering to maintain a neat outlineideal when formed on a stem for entrances, patios and formal planting schemes.

This is a standard tree with a clear stem and a shaped crown above. The tree was grown up to this stem height and then pruned to stop the trunk growing taller. The clear stem will remain at the height you receive it at, with future growth coming from the top of the tree.
